By participating in Jackvara ("the Lottery"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions fully and without reservation.

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old. Participants found to be under 18 will be immediately disqualified without refund.
• Not be residents or nationals of Syria.

Participants must provide accurate personal identification information (PII) including:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Valid Credit/Debit Card Details (secured and encrypted)
• Passport Picture and Passport Number (required for prize claim purposes only)

No account creation is required to participate.

• A draw will occur once per listed property.
• Draws take place only after all tickets for that property are sold, followed by a one-week waiting period.
• The winner is selected using a secure Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Winners are notified via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• The prize is the specific property advertised.
• Winners must physically travel to Georgia to complete property transfer documentation and claim the prize.
• Winners bear responsibility for their travel costs to Georgia and any fees associated with property transfer, including applicable PayPal transaction fees.

Participants acknowledge and agree to cover:

• Travel expenses to Georgia.
• Property transfer fees.
• PayPal transaction fees.

• Participants using multiple entries with varying or falsified personal information (PII) are subject to immediate disqualification without refund.
• Jackvara reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against fraudulent activities.

• The lottery drawing occurs strictly after all tickets are sold.
• If ticket sales remain incomplete or stagnant for two consecutive months, Jackvara will cancel the lottery and refund all participants fully.

Jackvara shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the lottery, travel to Georgia, or claiming the prize.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgian courts.

Jackvara reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via the official Jackvara website.
