By accessing or using Jackvara ("the Platform"), you ("user," "you," "your") agree to the terms set forth in this User Agreement ("Agreement").

Jackvara provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Access to the Platform itself is free; however, ticket purchases require payment.

You explicitly agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including falsifying identities or creating multiple entries.
• Copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit content or intellectual property belonging to Jackvara.
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of the Platform.
• Engage in any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform.

All content, branding, graphics, logos, images, lottery mechanics, and associated intellectual property remain exclusively owned by Jackvara. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise exploiting our intellectual property without express written consent.

Jackvara makes every reasonable effort to ensure content accuracy on the Platform. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous service availability as this Platform operates as a startup, and its continuation is contingent upon its success and feasibility.
• The Platform does not contain external links, and we are not responsible for third-party content.

Jackvara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Jackvara reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the official Jackvara website.

In the event of a dispute:

• Parties agree first to attempt resolution through direct negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, parties will engage in mediation.
• Should mediation fail, disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate Georgian courts.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any legal actions will fall under the jurisdiction of Georgian courts exclusively.
